Situated within walking distance of Waikato university ( 26 min) Walk to Hamilton gardens (5 min walk) buses into town on Cambridge road (5 min walk ) Walk to Hillcrest shops ( 7 min walk ) where there is Dominoes Pizza, Burger King, a sports bar and New World supermarket.

Shared communal areas : Kitchen, lounge & bathroom.

Includes power, wifi, gas & water(You Will be charged an extra fee if you using your own heater. Own space saver heater provided) Full time employees/ Students. There’s one cat living at property. Must air out room daily, put rubbish out and be tidy .
