The main flatmate is a very able and independent 33-year-old male with mild learning and social disability. He also owns a friendly dog.

As a tenant, you will earn $110 per week towards your rent for sharing a meal once a week and providing some social interaction with the main tenant.

Available immediately, fully furnished, except your own bedroom. You will be required to keep your room and shared areas tidy, clean up after cooking.
