Medium sized room with own bathroom available in Hamilton East to rent $184 per week excluding expenses. Available mid June.

The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished (but welcome to bring additions to it).

You would be joining two existing flatmates – female (both 21 this year), both working part time and studying full time but who love a flat outing and the odd drink or two.

Located super close to Waikato Uni gate 1 and the Warehouse etc.

Off street parking available (no extra charge) and main bus stop/route across the road.
