Beautiful eco-home in tranquil settings

Situated off the beginning of Matangi Road in Hamilton the room is self contained with a small kitchenette and large walk-in wardrobe. Access is separated from the rest of the house and has a ranch slider opening directly onto the expansive gardens that is surrounded by large trees.

The bathroom and toilet are seperate to the room.

This is a beautiful house which has been eco-built in a very tranquil organic environment. If you wish to do gardening or simply have access to fruit trees and the gully which can be walked down too this is an ideal place.

It would suit someone who needs a quiet space to stay with close access to Waikato University Campus (5min drive).

The main compromise is that half of the house is accommodated by my elderly mother who is also a quadriplegic with her own caregivers that stay overnight and are with her 24hrs a day, however all of this is a seperate part of the house.
