Our flat is in a quiet housing development located less than 10 minutes walk from Hibiscus Coast bus station, and is just down the road from all the amenities in Silverdale such as the Silverdale Mall, and many cafes. We are also in walking distance to the Pak-N-Save. Its a 4 bedroom house, with three bedrooms on the second floor, and one on the bottom floor.

About the room
The room is 2.7 x 3.2 metres, has a good sized wardrobe and 6 power points. It only has the pictured window for natural light, which is enough to light the room well. It has easy access to the upstairs second living room area (2.1 x 2.9 m), which has yet to be furnished but can be at your leisure if you have any particular use for it in mind. This bedroom, along with the other upstairs bedroom, share access to the upstairs bathroom, which has a good shower, storage, heated towel rail and a large bath.
