I’m looking for someone to take over my room as I’m moving out. The room will be available from mid-August in a quiet and tidy neighbourhood in Fairfield, Hamilton.

✨ Rent: $210 per week (plus utilities and WiFi)
🛏️ Very spacious unfurnished bedroom — easily fits a double bed, two bedside tables, desk and desk chair, with plenty of extra space remaining
👕 Separate walk-in wardrobe and lots of shelf space for storage
🍳 Furnished lounge and kitchen (cooking utensils not included)
🚿 Separate toilet and shower
📶 WiFi and bills are already set up
👥 Shared with 2 male flatmates in their early to mid twenties (working/studying full time)
🐶 Includes a friendly and gentle elderly dog — he’s very respectful and spends most of his time in his owner’s room, but he may pop out to say hello occasionally 😊
🌿 Quiet neighbourhood — not a party house

This would suit someone looking for a relaxed and comfortable home with plenty of space.
