Flatmate wanted to fill room at 1/16 May Street

Hello! I am just looking for someone to fill my room at my flat
$147.50 per week (not including wifi, power ect)

1/16 May Street, Hillcrest, Hamilton East
– 6 bedroom apartment
– 3 bathrooms/showers
– Kitchen fully furnished with fridge/freezers, oven/stove, dishwasher, air fryer, toaster, kettle etc
– Outdoor area and clothesline
– Washing machine
– Lounge space with dining table and tv with couches
– 5 min walk to Uni
– 6 other flatmates, all amazing and friendly people who are studying at University, 20-21 years old (2 of those aren’t at the flat usually)
– Clean and tidy flat with a cleaning roster
– Bedroom doors and bathroom doors can lock
– Room comes with bed base but you will need to provide your own mattress and bedroom furniture

– Fixed term contract ends next January
