Flatmate Wanted in Riverlea/Hillcrest

Hi! We have a spacious master room with ensuite available in Riverlea/Hillcrest for $255/week, which includes power, Wi-Fi, and kitchen cleaning supplies. The room is fully furnished with a queen sized bed and matching bedside tables. Duvets and pillows can be supplied if needed. It has a lock for privacy. You have a private ensuite that was renovated last year.

I’m the owner of the house, and I work and study, so life can get pretty busy. In my free time, I love hitting the gym, reading, or catching a good movie. I also have a friendly 12-year-old son who stays here half the week, and his dad and I share care in a way that keeps things running smoothly (we’re good friends, too).

We’re a clean and peaceful household, and we share responsibilities like taking out the rubbish, recycling, and keeping the place tidy.
